Visit from Holmer Green Village Pre-School
We welcomed some nursery children from Holmer Green Village Pre School this week. They joined us for a wonderful session of Forest School where they did mud painting, decorating stones and bug hunting. Our thanks to Mrs Rossello for leading this event.
KS1 Florence Nightingale Workshop
KS1 had a wonderful time learning about Florence Nightingale. They made lamps, clay statues and learnt how to bandage. They handled some artefacts including a chamber pot, old coins, a newspaper and a metal foot warmer. To celebrate Florence Nightingale’s love of owls, they also decorated some owls.
